PRAYER BEFORE MEALS
Bless, O, Christ our God, with a Spiritual blessing the food and
drink of us your servants
and grant us health of
soul and body: so that receiving your earthly gifts
in humility, we may be
worthy of your imperishable
heavenly gifts with
all your saints.
And in thankfulness we glorify you
with the Father and with the all-holy Spirit,
now and forever and ever.
Amen.
